The Gran Hotel Ingléshas undertaken a reform that had as a challenge to value the splendor of the original building through a magnificent architectural project. The Marcasal team has developed the textile solutions for the rooms, suites and common areas.
In the rooms, the headboards have been made in a vertical modulation topped with a wooden frame, along with the stools at the foot of the bed, as well as stools and armchairs, and technical and decorative curtains. In the suites the walls have been paneled with vertical modules. They have also made canapés covers integrated with the stools and headboards, as well as chaise longues, armchairs, desk tops, magazine racks and furniture for postcards.
The oldest hotel in Madrid reopens its doors with a rehabilitation project by David Rockwell's architecture and design studio.
